This role combines software engineering, AI development, and HR domain expertise to build intelligent applications, automations, and agents that improve employee experiences, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate workforce transformation.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with demonstrated experience using AI Assisted Software Development Platforms to develop enterprise AI solutions. You must have successfully designed and deployed AI agents that collaborate across multiple platforms, systems, and business functions while operating within enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.\nThis role requires deep knowledge of HR technologies, including Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, along with a passion for applying AI to solve complex business challenges.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Product & Solution Development\nExperience with the end-to-end product lifecycle turning a vision into a roadmap while driving adoption and value delivery\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered products, applications, and intelligent workflow solutions\nUtilize AI Assisted Development Tools to accelerate software development, solution design, and deployment activities\nSupport subject matter experts in translating business needs into designs and prototypes\nDevelop reusable frameworks, services, and components (such as AI Skills) that enable scalable AI adoption across the People Organization\nAI Agent Engineering\nDesign and build AI agents capable of making business-context-awaredecisions, taking actions across enterprise systems and workflows, and operating autonomously within defined guardrails.\nDevelop multi-agent systems that coordinate work across functions and platforms.\nImplement agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, and workflow management capabilities.\nCross-Platform Collaboration & Integration\nBuild AI solutions that integrate and collaborate across multiple enterprise platforms.\nDevelop integrations utilizing APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise services.\nEnable seamless interactions between agents, data sources, and systems to automate end-to-end business processes.\nCreate solutions that leverage enterprise knowledge, workflows, and operational data securely and responsibly.\nTechnology Innovation\nPartner with leaders, process owners, and technology teams to identify AI transformation opportunities.\nApply HR domain knowledge to improve recruiting, onboarding, learning, employee services, talent management, workforce planning, and people analytics processes.\nDrive innovation by rapidly prototyping, testing, and scaling AI solutions that create measurable business value.\nGovernance & Responsible AI\nEnsure solutions comply with enterprise standards for security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.\nImplement monitoring, observability, testing, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.\nSupport the development of AI governance standards, best practices, and development guidelines.\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of software development or solution engineering experience.\n3+ years developing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.\nAdvanced experience with AI coding tools, Python, APIs and enterprise integration development, Large Language Models, and agentic AI architectures.\nAI Agent Development Experience\nExperience with building and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments.\nDemonstrated success developing agents that interact with and coordinate activities across multiple business platforms and technology ecosystems.\nExperience implementing multi-agent architectures, agent orchestration frameworks, tool calling and workflow execution, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, knowledge retrieval, and reasoning systems.\nHR Technology Expertise\nPractical experience working within Human Resources, People Operations, HR Technology, or Workforce Transformation environments.\nWorking knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft 365 technologies.\nUnderstanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery models.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing AI solutions within large, global enterprises.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow Employee Workflows and AI capabilities.\nExperience deploying cloud-native solutions using Azure services.\nKnowledge of vector databases, semantic search, enterprise knowledge management, and RAG solution patterns.\nExperience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and
