You will play a key role in helping teams identify high-value use cases, navigate governance requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nWe believe successful AI transformation requires strong collaboration, responsible innovation, and sound decision-making. As part of our AI Ops COE, you will work closely with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and delivery teams to ensure AI initiatives align with business priorities, security standards, and Responsible AI principles.\nThrough structured intake processes, feasibility assessments, and portfolio management, you will help teams move ideas into action faster. Your work will improve visibility, accelerate adoption, reduce risk, and increase the value delivered through AI across Micron.\nResponsibilities:\nEvaluate AI opportunities: Assess AI use cases for technical feasibility, data readiness, business impact, implementation complexity, and organizational readiness. Identify risks, dependencies, and capability gaps to inform investment and prioritization decisions.\nLead governance reviews: Partner with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, architecture, and data governance teams to guide AI solutions through compliance, risk, and approval processes while promoting responsible AI practices.\nDrive stakeholder alignment: Collaborate with IT leaders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, success measures, and implementation strategies.\nManage AI intake and portfolio visibility: Coordinate the intake pipeline for AI initiatives, monitor demand trends, and find opportunities to scale reusable solutions across the organization. \nCommunicate recommendations and outcomes: Provide clear guidance on feasibility, risks, timelines, and next steps. Build trust through transparent and timely communication with partners at all levels. \nMeasure business value: Track adoption, operational impact, and portfolio performance. Use data-driven insights to improve intake processes, assessment frameworks, and governance practices.\nEnable AI adoption: Help teams transform innovative ideas into scalable, secure, and high-value AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nThree or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, product management, technology consulting, or a related role evaluating and prioritizing technology initiatives.\nDemonstrable experience gathering requirements, assessing technical solutions, identifying risks and dependencies, and presenting recommendations to both technical and business audiences. \nDemonstrated success working across multiple teams to build alignment, drive decisions, and deliver results.\nGood communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills, including experience influencing leaders and multi-functional teams. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, or other emerging technologies.\nKnowledge of technology governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, or risk management practices.\nFamiliarity with governance frameworks such as NIST, COSO, or similar industry standards.\nExperience managing project intake processes, technology portfolios, service request workflows, or enterprise prioritization programs.\nAbility to identify patterns, uncover opportunities for reuse and scale, and recommend improvements that accelerate business value.\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
