In this role, you will help drive manufacturing execution, coordinate priorities, manage product flow, and support operational decisions through data and process insights. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, meticulous, and energized by a fast-paced manufacturing environment where collaboration and initiative are valued.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate production priorities, engineering requests, inventory activities, and material flow to support manufacturing operations\nMonitor work-in-progress (WIP), manage manufacturing system transactions, and maintain accurate production data\nPartner with Production, Planning, Engineering, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure timely product movement\nFind opportunities to improve workflows through AI tools, automation, dashboards, and data analysis\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance standards\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociates Degree and 3 years relative experience or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nExperience coordinating priorities, managing data, or supporting operations in a manufacturing or production environment\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs\nInterest in or experience using AI tools, automation, dashboards, or data analytics to improve operational efficiency\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting manufacturing planning, inventory management, material coordination, or engineering requests\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills\nExperience identifying process improvements and implementing workflow efficiencies\nHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy\nAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
