Primary Responsibility, but not limited to
- Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product improvement.
- Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
- Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
- Deploy data science models and lead the end-to-end life cycle, including solution design, development, deployment, model maintenance and monitoring.
- Identify relevant insights from large data and metadata sources; interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related fields. with minimum of 3 years' experience in data science roles.
- Foundation in statistical modeling, advanced analytics, and modern machine learning techniques.
- Experience in semiconductor yield analysis & process optimization (e.g analyzing FDC or SPC or Probe data)
- Experience in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) process.
- Ability to extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques.
- Experience in deploying end-to-end production grade AI solution in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Python, with minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with web development such as Angular, FastAPI, Docker.
- Experience working with and applying generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
