In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure testing platforms, lab equipment, and reliability infrastructure are properly configured, maintained, and ready to support engineering and production needs.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nConfigure, set up, and maintain UltraFlex CP and FT testers to support ASIC test operations.\nEnsure proper functionality, readiness, and calibration of test equipment to meet operational requirements.\nSet up and maintain TEL probers and Chroma handlers, and perform routine checks to ensure stable and optimal performance.\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and support probe cards and load boards to ensure equipment is in good working condition and available for use.\nManage MTB lab logistics, including inventory control, equipment allocation, and scheduling coordination.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support smooth lab operations and efficient resource utilization.\nPerform pass/fail verification for tested devices, analyze results, and ensure accurate reporting of findings.\nSet up HTOL ovens and execute HTOL test flows according to defined protocols.\nValidate BI boards and ensure proper execution of HTOL-related activities.\nSupport lab and reliability infrastructure readiness to enable timely engineering execution and issue resolution.\nMinimum Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, you should have:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nHands-on experience in ASIC ATE test operation.\nWorking knowledge of HTOL setup and execution.\nExperience with test equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting in a lab or manufacturing support environment.\nAbility to analyze test outcomes and provide clear, accurate reporting.\nGood problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.\nWorking-level English proficiency with the ability to support documentation and daily cross-functional communication.\nPreferred Qualifications\nThe following qualifications are a plus:\nExperience with UltraFlex CP/FT tester operation and maintenance.\nFamiliarity with TEL probers, Chroma handlers, probe cards, and load boards.\nExperience in lab logistics coordination, inventory control, and equipment scheduling.\nUnderstanding of reliability test execution flows and hardware readiness requirements for ASIC products.\nStrong sense of ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail.\n\nAI in Job Responsibilities:\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.\nContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\nAI in Job Requirements:\nBaseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
