This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and support production targets.\nResponsibilities\nEquipment Sustain & Troubleshooting\nExecute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) to ensure equipment uptime\nDiagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis\nSupport production to minimize downtime and improve tool availability\nEquipment Qualification & Installation\nPerform equipment installation, setup, and mechanical/electrical checkout\nConduct equipment qualification and ensure readiness before production release\nCollaborate with process engineers for process qualification\nContinuous Improvement (CIP)\nDrive yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives\nOptimize equipment parameters and operating conditions\nImplement automation or system enhancement solutions\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Process, Production, Quality, and Vendor teams\nLead issue resolution and escalation when necessary\nSupport audits, documentation, and compliance requirements\nEHS & Compliance\nFollow safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, EHS standards) during maintenance\nEnsure compliance with company and industry standards\nAI Relevant Job Responsibilities:\n- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.\n- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\n- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
