With plans to invest more than $150 billion globally over the next decade in leading-edge manufacturing, we are looking for passionate people to join our Boise expansion team and contribute to the growth and innovation of the semiconductor industry.\nAs a Change Management Engineer you will be responsible for working with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, Information System, area engineering, and production on the alignment, optimization and troubleshooting of systems setup and operation procedures.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive and assist with projects related to various Micron Execution System (MES) applications.\n\nAlign and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control.\n\nLead local and global projects aimed at optimizing MES system setup.\n\nAs the application owner, provide training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues to the team.\n\nImplement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades.\n\nCoordinate the business processes and QMS components, ensuring efficiency, adherence to requirements, and successful delivery of intended outputs.\n\nPromote internal and external customer focus throughout the organization.\n\nMaintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nDesired: 1 year of semiconductor experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data in large meetings.\n\nProven ability to coordinate efforts across various groups.\n\nWorking knowledge of Fab processing.\n\nStrong data analysis and computer skills.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.\n\nProven ability to make sound, informed decisions.\n\nProven ability to lead and coordinate meetings.\n\nWorking knowledge of MES applications.\n\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
