You’ll solve challenging device and integration problems, analyze electrical performance, and collaborate across engineering disciplines to improve array efficiency, data rates, and product scalability. Your work will help enable memory technologies for AI, high-performance computing, and emerging applications.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and integrate advanced CMOS devices for next-generation DRAM, HBM, and emerging memory architectures\nCharacterize and analyze CMOS devices and circuits to identify performance opportunities and guide technology improvements\nPartner with Design, TCAD, Modeling, Process, Reliability, and Layout teams to develop integrated technology solutions\nLead technical investigations, communicate findings, and provide recommendations that support technology development decisions\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience\n5 or more years of hands-on experience in advanced CMOS device development, characterization, and/or integration\nSemiconductor industry experience in advanced logic or DRAM technology development\nExperience collaborating across engineering fields to solve sophisticated device or process integration challenges\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPhD in Electrical Engineering with expertise in advanced CMOS technologies\nExperience with high-performance logic technologies at 5nm and beyond\nStrong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, process integration, and electrical characterization\nAbility to communicate technical findings and influence decisions across cross-functional engineering teams\nExperience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
