MBA or equivalent experience preferred.\n10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, with strong knowledge of memory, storage, compute architectures, and AI-related technology trends.\nExtensive understanding of AI workloads that encompass training, inference, scaling infrastructure, edge AI, accelerator frameworks, and relevant memory and storage demands.\nProven experience collaborating with customers, ecosystem partners, or technology leaders to grasp technical requirements and convert them into strategy, roadmap, or business recommendations.\nPast experience must include executive-level presentations and ability to influence executive-level decisions.\nBroad experience interacting with engineering, business, and operations roles.\nTrack record of timely execution, cross-functional leadership, consensus building, and bias for action; self-starter in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demands.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nProficient in the use of advanced AI tools to build strategic concepts into actionable ideas.\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:\n$203,000.00 - $356,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
