As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring Micron's customers receive superior service and support. Your primary responsibility is to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also contributing toMicron’s financial goals andoptimizingrevenue. You willoptimizethe order process to improve efficiency and take full ownership of resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. You will build andmaintaina robust network of contacts within internal teams, fostering collaboration to support and enhance customer experience. Your efforts will ensure that every interaction with Micron’s customers is exceptional, drivingcustomersuccess and satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with both internal and external customers to align with corporate strategicobjectives, market share targets, and sales plan goals. Your role is crucial in implementing strategies that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, ensuring their success and continued partnership with Micron.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Hub and/or vHub Management.
Proactively implement operational actions to drive towards #1 supplier ranking
Initiate, build and sustain effective relationships and communication with internal and external customers for operational efficiency.
Understand customer expectations and drive internal teams to provide optimal solution.
Orchestrate the process to collect customer expectations, extensively collaborate with functional partners to determine Micron’s deliverables, lining up with corporate strategic objectives, with strong business and supply chain acumen.
Manage CBR Delivery & Customer Service scorecard, along with Customer Ranking Survey, orchestrating with cross functions for CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) to customers, representing GSC to deliver supply update, Customer/Micron joint-project status update in customer QBR.
Support the launch and scaling of strategic innovations, operational frameworks, and customer-facing tools.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance business processes, including developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operating as a culture vanguard towards infusing AI into everyday work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree on biz with proven experience on customer success/operation role
1+ years of experience in customer success or operations management, facing external customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong biz and supply chain acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience!
Experience with supply chain management
Proven track record of implementing successful customer success strategies!
Familiarity with SAP, CRM software and data analysis tools
Good at Excel, PPT.
