You’ll operate with high ownership, strong technical credibility, and direct influence!\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary technical interface for assigned strategic customers\nEngage customer architects and engineers across component, package, and system levels\nDefine customer problems and co-develop cross-domain technical solutions\nTranslate customer needs into clear inputs for product, architecture, and technology teams\nAct as ongoing technical owner for key accounts, supporting reviews, evaluations, and issue resolution\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\nSignificant proven experience in DRAM, memory systems, or complex hardware platforms\nExperience working directly with strategic customers in technical or architecture-facing roles\nStrong ability to operate across die, package, and system boundaries\nClear written and verbal communication skills for technical and semi-technical audiences\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field\nExperience with advanced memory architectures or packaging technologies shipped in production\nUse of LLM/AI productivity tools\nDirect engagement with tier-1 customers or ecosystem partners\nProven track record to influence multi-functional teams without direct authority\nExperience translating system-level challenges into product or roadmap decisions\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:\n$177,000.00 - $387,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
