You will combine AI technologies with software engineering, data integration, and user-focused application design to deliver solutions that are useful in real working environments.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can work across AI, software, data, and business needs. You should be comfortable turning unclear problems into practical solutions, working with users and engineering teams, learning new technologies, and improving solutions based on feedback.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild AI assistants, natural-language interfaces, and other AI-enabled applications.\nDevelop knowledge retrieval and document question-answering solutions using modern AI technologies.\nIntegrate AI applications with databases, APIs, documents, reports, logs, and other enterprise data sources.\nDevelop backend services, workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces that support data-driven decision making.\nAnalyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and useful insights.\nWork with users and cross-functional engineering teams to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.\nTranslate business or operational problems into clear requirements, solution approaches, and actionable development plans.\nBuild prototypes and improve them into maintainable, scalable, and user-friendly applications.\nCommunicate solution designs, assumptions, limitations, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nConsider application quality, maintainability, security, performance, user experience, and operational supportability.\nStay current with AI technologies, software frameworks, development tools, and relevant business domains.\nRequired Qualifications\nQualified candidates will have:\nBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.\nHands-on experience building software applications, data-driven applications, backend services, APIs, or full-stack solutions.\nStrong programming experience in Python and working knowledge of SQL.\nExperience working with databases, APIs, documents, reports, logs, or other structured and unstructured data.\nExperience developing AI-enabled applications, or strong interest and demonstrated ability to learn and apply AI technologies.\nAbility to break down complex or ambiguous problems into actionable steps.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with users, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong ownership, accountability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.\nAbility to work on multiple tasks and make progress with minimal supervision.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the following areas is a plus:\nLarge language model or generative AI application development.\nAI assistants, chatbots, document question answering, or knowledge retrieval.\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search.\nPrompt engineering, tool calling, agent workflows, or structured AI outputs.\nFull-stack web development or modern frontend / backend frameworks.\nRESTful APIs, backend services, data pipelines, or enterprise system integration.\nExperience with data visualization, dashboarding, or other user-facing ways of presenting data and insights.\nCloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nGit, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, or production support.\nAutomated testing, testable feature design, or a DevOps mindset.\nManufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, engineering, or other complex enterprise domain experience.\nFamiliarity with digital twin, simulation, optimization, or decision-support concepts.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, or productivity.\nTechnologies and Practices\nPython and SQL\nGenerative AI / LLM application development\nRAG / knowledge retrieval\nVector databases / embeddings / semantic search\nAI assistants / chat interfaces / tool calling\nREST APIs and enterprise data integration\nBackend and full-stack application development\nData processing and data visualization\nGit, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms\nAutomated testing, monitoring, logging, and application support\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is an AI solution builder who can connect data, AI capabilities, software applications, and user needs to deliver practical results.\nYou do not need to be an expert in every technology listed above.
