This role is central to how we verify DRAM circuits, from shaping verification strategy to hands-on execution. You will influence methodologies, introduce scalable and AI-enabled approaches, and help close silicon learning loops faster. It’s a strong opportunity to grow technically while making a visible impact on product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive DRAM verification strategies, including AI-driven and automated methodologies
- Analyze verification flows to simplify workflows and reduce cycle time
- Partner with design and verification teams to align and standardize methodologies
- Manage and maintain verification requirements in JAMA across projects
- Execute and support verification using industry-standard tools
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 0-5 years of experience in circuit design, validation, or verification including academic or internship experience
- Understanding of digital logic and semiconductor fundamentals
- Familiarity with verification concepts such as testbenches, stimulus, and debug
- Experience with Linux and basic scripting or programming for automation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of DRAM circuit design and operation
- Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, SpectreFx, or PrimeSim
- Interest or experience applying AI to verification workflows
- Familiarity with requirements and project tracking tools such as JAMA or JIRA
- Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication
