This position requires collaborating with Technology Development, Process & Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities as well as our global network of manufacturing sites. You must support effective collaboration across all geographies and departments, and external suppliers as well as international travel, as required.\nResponsibilities:\nLead an engineering team to achieve area goals, including improving equipment performance and installing new tools for a new fab\nDevelop the team’s strategic direction, allocate resources effectively, and maintain succession plans for key positions\nDrive fab optimization to maximize output and yield, reduce operating costs, and maintain high quality standards\nSupport new tool installations and existing tool modifications, relocations, and removals while applying global best-known methods\nChampion safety, People policies, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with team members, executives, and technical authorities\nGood understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of semiconductor equipment experience in leadership and team management.\nBachelors or higher in a science-related field or equivalent\nSolid understanding of manufacturing team structure, standards, and processes \nCoaching and mentoring team members supporting their career development\nProven success in leading teams and defining and solving complicated problems \nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficient in data analysis, problem solving, and fixing skills \nSolicit feedback, accept input, and analyze success/failure \nIdentify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisions \nSet and measure short and long-range goals for your team.\nProven track record leading multiple sophisticated projects \nCommunicate and present technical information optimally \nStrong organizational and prioritization skills \nSee more about Boise living\nHow Micron engineers pave the way for semiconductors\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
