This role offers hands-on ownership of RTL design and optimization while working closely with design, verification, and manufacturing partners. You will contribute directly to product quality, performance, and time-to-market in a collaborative hybrid environment.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and optimize RTL for DRAM-related digital circuits and block-level designs\nPerform STA and drive timing closure across critical paths\nCollaborate with verification, product engineering, test, and process teams to ensure robust designs\nSupport circuit verification, layout checks, and parasitic extraction analysis\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience\n6+ years of experience in digital or RTL circuit design\nStrong experience with RTL design, STA, and timing closure\nExperience with power delivery network circuit design and optimization\nProficiency in UNIX and Cadence design environments\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering\nExperience with synthesis tools and IC compilers\nHands-on experience with circuit verification, layout verification, and parasitic extraction\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
