Industry Background\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, technology engineering, and operations.\n8+ years of experience leading managers and senior technical leaders.\nProven leadership experience leading Technology Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations or Platform organizations within the Semiconductor industry and/or Product-based technology companies.\nExperience leading organizations of 50+ professionals across engineering and operations functions.\nDemonstrated success managing globally distributed teams and collaborating across multiple regions and cultures.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments serving global workforces.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, networking, operational excellence, automation, observability, SRE, and service management disciplines.\nExceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, organizational development, and change leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building and scaling large technology organizations in India.\nExperience leading infrastructure teams within Fortune 500 or similarly large global enterprises.\nExperience with cloud transformation, automation, SRE, AIOps, and platform engineering.\nExperience managing through multiple layers of leadership.\nUnderstanding of infrastructure security, resiliency, governance, and compliance practices.\nMBA or Master's degree in a
