# DMTS, DRAM Systems

We are seeking a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) to lead architecture analysis for AI, cloud and enterprise platforms. The analysis will run from the memory device level up to the rack and the data center. This role connects DRAM architecture, device organization, electrical, thermal and power behavior with system modeling and analysis. It turns that analysis into product and roadmap decisions for future DRAM, LPDDR, HBM, CXL, SSD and disaggregated memory solutions. The succesful canddiate will analyze DRAM and LPDRAM componenet and circuit desings across multiple competitive parts and derive future looking direction for our architecture as well as design teams. Key Responsibilities Memory Technology & Device-to-System Analysis Build a deep understanding of DRAM architecture, device organization and layout effects across DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR5/5X/5T, HBM and emerging memory.
