Your primary responsibility will be to ensure Micron's products make it to market seamlessly. This encompasses evaluating initial silicon and validating design functionality at both the DRAM component and module levels, leveraging the latest technology from our customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our manufacturing teams to optimize test flows, ensuring both yield and quality are maximized. As a Product Engineer, you will act as a crucial liaison between Technology Development, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination across these key areas.\nResponsibilities\nSupport new product introduction by partnering with design, manufacturing, and yield teams to prepare for DRAM product ramps, including simulations, forecasting, and documentation.\nAnalyze silicon data, perform failure analysis, and drive root cause identification and corrective actions to improve yield and quality performance.\nDevelop and maintain yield tracking systems (paretos), identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize actions to meet performance targets.\nCoordinate multi-functionally with Product, Test, QA, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on product objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.\nDeliver technical presentations, analyze trends and experimental data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product and process performance.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nA self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nBasic understanding of DRAM architecture and operation\nGood understanding of digital circuit concepts\nKnowledge of CMOS transistor operation\nExperience with a programing language such as Python/C++/C\nFamiliarity with Linux/UNIX\nGood verbal communication skills (English)\nAbility to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with semiconductor manufacturing, yield analysis, or product engineering concepts.\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills.\nSelf-motivated teammate with a proactive and innovative attitude.\nAbility to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.\nCuriosity about continuous learning and improving processes, products, and methodologies.\nEducation:\nMinimum of junior status in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree program.
