Leading and participating in yield and cost improvement projects, handling new process baseline qualifications, and managing, auditing, and coordinating with material suppliers to meet quality, cost, and risk objectives are core duties.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities and Tasks:\nEstablish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure perfect operations.\nUpgrade process capability and reduce production costs through innovative solutions.\nEstablish and modify process management projects to meet bold goals.\nSet up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment, ensuring extraordinary performance.\nEvaluate, promote, and plan for new equipment and materials to stay ahead in the competitive market.\nAnalyze and improve abnormal conditions to maintain consistent, high-quality outputs.\nImprove yield by working on tools, processes, or wafer fabrication recipes, ensuring excellent efficiency.\nSolve wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues.\nCollaborate with other process areas to understand and control process deviations technically.\nConduct long-term investigations of defect issues, requiring extensive collaboration with shift engineering and other functional areas.\nEvaluate products to ensure they meet the required build and performance specifications, challenging at the highest standards.\nConduct research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommend vital improvements or equipment changes to efficiently manufacture new product or part types.\nAt Micron, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, working alongside industry specialist to address sophisticated challenges.
