We are committed to sustainability, employee well-being, and community support, and we foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nJob Summary\nMain Responsibilities:\nIdentify, diagnose and resolve process and equipment related problems \nCoordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step \nLead / Support the New Equipment Qualification to support new technology development and production ramp. \nLead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities \nValidate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction \nSupport SPC/FDC/RMS/APC \nManage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives \nSupport internal and external audits \nDefines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Participate in design requirement review with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility with processing methods.
