Responsibilities:

• Optimize and improve repair conditions and techniques skill training to all repair parts.
• 2nd source survey or new design request to continually reduce repair costs and improve repair benefits.
• Establish repair and measurement platform for new repair parts to improve the efficiency.
• Abnormality analysis for continuous improvement to ensure high-quality repair and tool MA.
• New opportunity benefit survey to expand repair service capabilities.
• Experience in the scope (one of them)

1. RF generator / matching repair and development

2. Turbo pump repair and development

3. Cryo pump repair and development

4. HV power supply repair and development e. Electronic (PCB) repair

5. PLC testing platform development

6. Mechanical maintenance and development

7. Programming -LabVIEW、Python、C#、etc

8. Communication protocols such as MODBUS, OPC UA, and MQTT

Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including: fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and fix mechanical systems
• Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot systems to components level
• Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of the process flow related to area equipment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
• Ability in multi-tasking complex projects and enjoy working in a fast pace environment
• Time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Follows procedures and work with minimal supervision
• Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments - Able to perform 12-hour work shift
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly initiative and good problem solving skills
• Using and leveraging AI at work.

Education & Experience:

Required: Associates Degree in Electronics, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
