This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about engineering and looking to make a significant impact in the field of Nanoindentation and material properties analysis. You will have the opportunity to work with modern technology and collaborate with world-class professionals to solve complex engineering challenges.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform Nanoindentation, material properties evaluation, and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to aid in resolving production issues and advancing R&D development.\nLink materials, product structures, processes, and failure mechanisms to establish analysis methods, monitoring standards, and quality control mechanisms.\nWork together with various groups to advance problem-solving and guarantee seamless implementation.\nParticipate in the development of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM, and AI Assistant applications to support quality digitalization, knowledge management, and intelligent search.\nIntegrate manufacturing, quality, and engineering data to promote intelligent analysis and process automation.\nWork Schedule\nRegular day shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.\nNo shift work required.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.\nEstablished experience in resolving engineering issues, evaluating data, conveying technical information, and cooperating with various departments.\nBasic understanding of semiconductors, HBM, or advanced packaging.\nExperience in Nanoindentation, material analysis, or PFA or equivalent experience is preferred.\nPreferred Additional Skills\nFamiliarity with AI applications and digital transformation initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to compete and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Micron, we believe in nurturing talent and offering our team members chances to develop and succeed.
