In order to sustain and improve Micron's memory quality, you will also be responsible for developing and overseeing qualification plans and risk assessment.\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nDefine NAND qualification plan\nFacilitate and manage qualification\nPerform qualification test data analysis, Perform risk assessment at all decision points within qualification cycle.\nPerform failure analysis on rejects to identify the failure mode and mechanisms that will lead to successful corrective actions and/or preventive actions.\nCoordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering teams to comprehend new reliability issues with resolutions and assess their impact to customer risk and reliability.\nLeverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root cause analysis\nSkills and Experience\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to details.\nAbility to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing is critical in this role.\nGood organization skills and ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple issue at any given time.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure situations in a professional manner.\nCandidates with experience in the semiconductor industry as QA or Product engineer are preferred.
