Responsibilities:
Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize Fab processes and eliminate inefficiencies, with a focus on automated production movement systems.
Collaborate with Fab Operations, IT, and cross-functional Operations Improvement teams (Automation, Scheduling, Applications) to deliver scalable, high-impact automation solutions
Define and deliver a decision-support and workflow automation framework that blends human expertise with analytics and AI/ML.
Partner with management to deliver data analysis, advanced production web reports, and applications that improve production metrics.
Build and lead automation projects that eliminate manual operations tasks, reducing effort, shortening cycle time, accelerating root-cause analysis, and improving decision quality.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations and report any safety-related concerns immediately.
Minimum Qualifications:
MS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.
Hands-on experience designing, querying, and optimizing relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) in production environments with SQL and Python required.
Proven ability to plan, drive, and complete projects effectively.
Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Understanding of Manufacturing Science including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience through semiconductor internship or equivalent, leading decision-support, workflow automation, or data engineering initiatives in complex environment.
Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex analysis succinctly.
Experience building and deploying end-to-end ML systems, or strong interest in developing production-grade ML automation.
