As an Engineer/Senior Engineer on the Manufacturing Central Team (MCT) Manufacturing Standardization at Micron, you will help drive network alignment and adoption of Best-Known Methods across Micron’s Global Assembly & Test operations. You will drive standardization efforts by improving manufacturing processes and extending BKM fanout across the Global AT network. You will manage or support cross-functional programs that translate site practices and technical requirements into regulated global specifications and harmonized business processes. You will work with domain experts across multi-functional teams, including process/equipment engineering, manufacturing, Quality, Automation, and other Central Teams to improve overall alignment, document global specs, business process governance, and manage changes across component assembly, HBM/PWF, Module/SSD, and related manufacturing flows.
