effective, efficient, and conform to the management system and regulatory requirements.\nAssist in achieving site's sustainability goals by participating in committees and providing feedback to plan, complete, and monitor projects.\nBe effective at presenting (both written and verbal) environmental matters to Micron Leadership and local, state, and federal agencies.\nMeet requirements to conduct accurate environmental calculations and submit vital reports to regulatory agencies.\nConduct applicability determinations on environmental regulations.\nMake objective decisions supported by verifiable facts.\nConduct internal auditor training and assist in EHS management system internal audits.\nCoordinate, manage, and conduct environmental walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to ensure operations comply with procedures and regulatory requirements.\nPerform incident and event follow-up and investigation, determine root cause(s), implement containment action, establish corrective action & preventative action, and verify effectiveness.\nCollect, evaluate, and communicate environmental-related metrics and performance measurements.\nIdentify, develop, and provide environmental training in accordance with regulations and company & department objectives.\nProvide customer support and technical expertise for various environmental issues and environmental regulations.\nDevelop and implement functional, cost-effective solutions for environmental issues.\nEducation Required:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in environmental or chemical engineering, environmental science, or environmental-related field.\nExperience Required:\n7+ years environmental management experience in semiconductors or high technology industries is preferred.\nProven understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards.\nSpecific experience in environmental programs, including air pollution control, waste reduction, recycling and reuse, environmental impact assessment, wastewater treatment, and greenhouse gas inventory, among others.\nProven experience in developing and implementing environmental and Sustainability programs in Semiconductor or high technology industries.\nExperience in semiconductors or high-tech industries construction is preferred.\nFamiliar with ISO14001, ISO 14064, ISO50001 is preferred.\nEnglish communication and coordination skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing good)\nGood interpersonal skills, Excellent written and effective communication skills, great teammate, strong collaboration & analytical skills and able to work independently.\nExcellent analytical & problem-solving skills abilities to address EHS challenges and implement effective solutions.\nQualifications/Certifications Required:\nPossess environmental-related certifications (such as dedicated air pollution control specialist, dedicated wastewater and sewage treatment specialist, waste disposal technician, toxic chemical substances management specialist.\nISO 14001 / ISO 45001 lead auditor is preferred.\nAI Relevant Job Responsibilities:\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and following organizational standards and legal requirements.\nContributes to a culture
