Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\nWe are seeking a seasoned and technically skilled Facilities Electrical Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of electrical systems within Fab 10. This role is vital to ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of electrical infrastructure that powers cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to execute maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers opportunities for leadership development and technical growth in a dynamic, high-tech environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all electrical activities.\nPerform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems ranging from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency generators, UPS systems, and power quality equipment.\nSupport commissioning and startup of new electrical systems and infrastructure upgrades.\nIdentify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting steps or procedures.\nConduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures.\nMaintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, maintenance records, and compliance reports.\nMentor junior technicians and participate in technical training programs to elevate team capabilities.\nSupport deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.\nSupportusing AI, AI proficiency or AI-enabled ways of working where applicable. \nQualifications:\nEducation: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification.\nExperience: Minimum 2+ years in electrical maintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.\nTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, electrical schematics, and safety codes.
