You will lead the efforts in consolidating, analyzing, and delivering quarterly Board of Director materials for Finance, ensuring our strategies are flawlessly accomplished.\nResponsibilities\nConsolidate corporate business plans: Collaborate with business and finance leaders to review and refine plan assumptions, ensuring alignment and accountability.\nPrepare executive and board reporting: Provide timely financial reports and analyses for executive and board review, including investor communications.\nMonitor financial performance and enable decisions: Track key financial metrics and provide relevant financial analysis to support strategic, value-creating decisions.\nDrive cross-functional process improvement: Partner across functions to improve FP&A processes, efficiency, and business performance.\nSystems Transformation & Process Excellence\nPartner with Finance Systems, IT, and business collaborators to develop balanced solutions that improve corporate planning systems.\nChampion automation, AI adoption, and advanced analytics to improve reporting quality and efficiency.\nOperational Efficiency\nDrive process improvement, simplification, and reporting optimization while maintaining high accuracy and Finance reporting standards.\nFollow disciplined planning calendars, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent benchmark definitions.\nMinimum Qualifications\n8+ years of Finance experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial statement analysis, and forecasting and planning.\nExpertise in advanced financial modeling, financial systems, and modeling tools.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation talents, with the skill to articulate complex financial information clearly to executives and the board.\nStrong analytical and process orientation, with the ability to prioritize various tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of AI-enabled efficiency, automation, and analytics tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nGraduate-level qualification in Finance or Business.\nOutstanding business competence and financial skill with a deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics.\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
