Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\nAs a Process Integration Module Engineer in the Central Process Integration department, you will be responsible for coordinating improvements in Yield, Quality, and Output for DRAM/NAND process and production line. Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limit to collaborating with network PI/YE/PQA/PEE teams to craft and analyze process experiments, to achieve best-in-class (BIC) yield and quality to establish documented best-known methods (BKMs)\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nCollaborate with multi-functional network teams from PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, TD to improve product yields and reliability within your assigned process loop.\n\nMay require travel to global Micron sites to foster collaboration and drive execution.\n\nCommunicate module related issues to the Fab engineering and leadership teams.\n\nDesign, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield, and quality.\n\nCollect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increase yields.\n\nEngage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to tackle process issues.\n\nWork closely with global partners to stay ahead of on module related topics and process alignment projects.\n\nCollaborate with other PI module owners and sister fabs to drive business process alignment\n\nPartner with IE, Process and Equipment Engineering and Production to better forecast and balance yield, output and process issues\n\nPromote network synergy through improved benchmarking and standardisation of known egnineering best-known methods (BKMs), business process.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s or advanced degree in Materials Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills\n\nEffective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels\n\nGrowth mindset with a passion for continuous learning\n\nInternship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus\n\nDemonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable\n\nInterest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.\n\nEmbody Micron’s core values:\nPeople - Respect, develop, and empower others\n\nInnovation - Drive continuous improvement and breakthrough thinking\n\nTenacity - Show grit and determination\n\nCollaboration - Build trust and foster teamwork\n\nCustomer Focus - Deliver excellence and value\nMaximizes yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes.
