Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Lead network tool utilizations strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company’s deployed capital
- Lead and communicate improvement and implementation plan to all relevant levels and functions in Manufacturing
- Optimize capacity of install equipment and lead sites and tool level optimization studies for efficiency improvement
- Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps. Able to assess network capacity impacts of process changes
- Improve financial analyses before capital equipment are purchased through automating metrics optimizations, process flexibility, capacity sharing and equipment repurpose
- Attention to detail and ability to work in situations where changes is fluid
- Ability to spot, question and highlight differences to drive resolutions with relevant collaborators
