Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the reliability stress tests (HAST, Temperature Cycle, HTS, THS, and Moisture Soak) & semiconductor electrical test operations in accordance with process specifications & SOPs\nSupport troubleshooting activities in resolving process or equipment issues with DOE & analysis.\nMaintain equipment, ensuring readiness, uptime, and adherence to safety standards\nSupport lot movement and ensure smooth process flow across operations to meet TAT requirements\nMaintain 6S, ESD, and workplace safety compliance in assigned areas\nParticipate in training, continuous improvement, and audit-related activities\nCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely support for equipment maintenance, calibration, and service activities\nAssist in material handling and inventory control to ensure availability of required consumables and test materials\nSupport shipping and logistics operations by preparing, packing, documenting, and tracking outgoing lots to ensure timely movement and on-time delivery\nLeveraging AI, and AI Assistants (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, Agentic AI) to automate reporting, dashboards, and workflow approvals, improving operation & process efficiency\nIntegrate AI solutions with lab systems (Power BI, SharePoint, automation workflows)\nJob Requirements\nDiploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related)\n0-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, lab, or test environment is preffered\nBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment handling, or quality inspection\nStrong attention to detail with a quality and safety mindset\nGood communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment\nAble to work on shift when needed\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
