As an HBM Engineering Support Technician at Micron, you will hold a key position in maintaining and enhancing our top-tier manufacturing equipment. You will work alongside a committed group of professionals to guarantee seamless operation and ongoing refinement of our processes. Your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining HBM_TNR process yield by addressing machine alarms, SPACE alarms, and analyzing product defects.
- Performing preventive maintenance (PM) on machines according to specified guidelines.
- Troubleshooting machine issues and drafting detailed passdown documentation.
- Upholding rigorous 6S standards in equipment areas.
- Proposing improvement ideas for equipment PM or troubleshooting processes.
- Reporting any abnormalities or findings during daily operations.
- Applying AI-enabled tools to support troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, technical documentation, data review, and continuous improvement activities.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ambitious and driven with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is valued, but not required.
- Willing to work in FAB environment (including PHOTO area with yellow light).
- Willing to wear Clean room suit.
- Discipline and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
- Basic English skills(Read & Write).
- The rotate between shift will be 3~4 months depends on requirment.(4-3shift, Day/Night).
- Working hours:07:30~19:30(Day shift) 19:30~07:30(Night shift).
