You will work alongside a committed group of professionals to guarantee seamless operation and ongoing refinement of our processes. Your primary duties will include:\nMaintaining HBM_TNR process yield by addressing machine alarms, SPACE alarms, and analyzing product defects.\nPerforming preventive maintenance (PM) on machines according to specified guidelines.\nTroubleshooting machine issues and drafting detailed passdown documentation.\nUpholding rigorous 6S standards in equipment areas.\nProposing improvement ideas for equipment PM or troubleshooting processes.\nReporting any abnormalities or findings during daily operations.\nApplying AI-enabled tools to support troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, technical documentation, data review, and continuous improvement activities.\nTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.\nOutstanding attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.\nProven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nAmbitious and driven with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.\nExperience with AI tools and technologies is valued, but not required.\nWilling to work in FAB environment (including PHOTO area with yellow light).\nWilling to wear Clean room suit.\nDiscipline and attention to detail are essential for this role.\nBasic skills in Microsoft Office.\nBasic English skills(Read & Write).\nThe rotate between shift will be 3~4 months depends on requirment.(4-3shift, Day/Night).\nWorking hours:07:30~19:30(Day shift) 19:30~07:30(Night shift).\nAt Micron, we value ambition, collaboration, and the drive to achieve world-class results.
