This is an outstanding chance to join a company that prizes innovation, collaboration, and excellence!\nResponsibilities:\nBuild, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for HBM production\nImplement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the highest production standards\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement process improvements\nConduct detailed analyses to identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost reductions\nLead troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues and minimize downtime\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience\nProven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within the semiconductor industry\nStrong understanding of HBM technology and production processes\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment\nExcellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail\nAbility to communicate effectively in both English and an additional language commonly used in business settings\nWillingness to work a day or night shift, based on operational needs and personal preference.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree or above.
