alerts through computer screens for extended periods.\nIdentify equipment or process abnormalities, perform basic troubleshooting, and promptly escalate issues to supervisors or support teams.\nMaintain high attention to detail while observing machine performance, alarms, and process indicators.\nWork effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting productivity skills and ability to learn manufacturing systems and applications.\nWillingness to work fixed day or night shifts and a rotating 4-3 work schedule.\nCompensation and Work Schedule\nMonthly Salary: NT$35,000 and above, depending on qualifications and experience.\nWorking Hours: Employees work 12-hour shifts on a 4-3 / 3-4 schedule and will be assigned to either a fixed day shift (07:30-19:30) or
