This role requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to employ AI-enabled technologies, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate manufacturing improvements and engineering efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nLead and develop a team of photolithography engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, succession planning, and performance leadership to achieve organizational objectives.\nManage photolithography process improvements, equipment refinement, yield increases, and manufacturing cost savings while sustaining the highest quality and safety standards.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Technology Development, Advanced Technology Engineering, Quality, and global engineering teams to identify and apply proven techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.\nApply AI-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, and data-driven methods to improve process control, speed up root-cause analysis, identify manufacturing trends, and boost engineering efficiency.\nPresent complex technical and operational topics to executives, technology leaders, and large cross-functional audiences while driving alignment on strategic priorities.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related science field.\nMinimum of 5 years of direct photolithography experience within semiconductor manufacturing.\nMinimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience leading engineering teams, technical projects, or cross-functional initiatives.\nEstablished background in examining manufacturing data, addressing intricate technical challenges, and carrying out corrective steps to boost process performance and yield.\nExperience using AI, AI-enabled tools, or advanced analytics to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, or increase engineering efficiency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing large engineering organizations within a 300mm semiconductor manufacturing environment.\nProven ability to boost equipment efficiency, improve yield, reduce cycle time, and optimize manufacturing costs.\nSolid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing systems, process integration, quality approaches, and operational excellence methods.\nProven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global organizations, suppliers, and senior leadership teams.\nExperience applying AI, Artificial Intelligence, or Generative AI technologies to manufacturing operations, engineering problem-solving, process optimization, or workflow automation.\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
