You will be offered hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, with exposure to advanced technology development, yield improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.\nResponsibilities\nSupport integration of process modules across various CMOS module loops.\nAnalyze inline data to identify yield detractors and process anomalies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (YE, Device, PI, process et al) to drive continuous improvement.\nDocument findings and present updates to engineering and leadership teams.\nLeveraging AI tool to improve problem solving efficiency and productivity\nRequirements:\nKnowledge of semiconductor process flow. Knowledge of DRAM process flow is a plus. \nBasic Knowledge of mainstream memory such as DRAM, NAND, NOR et al.\nSome knowledge of individual processes such as CMP, film, etch, photo et al.\nKnowledge of statistical data analysis.\nKnowledge and experience of AI tool is a plus.\nGood communication skills and self-motivated.\nAble to do 6 months + Intern\n\nEducation:\nMS student in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical engineering, or Physics.\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
