As a NAND Cell Characterization & AI Tools Intern, you will participate in progressive NAND memory technology development. This outstanding role offers you the opportunity to compose and create AI-enabled tools for automating the analysis and processing of micro-probing characterization waveforms. Your contributions will support Micron's NAND product roadmap.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with CELL engineers to understand micro-probing workflows and waveform semantics.\nBuild and implement modular AI components for waveform ingestion, preprocessing, and feature extraction.\nDevelop a structured comparison engine to perform 1:1 delta analysis against Micron internal reference waveforms.\nGenerate detailed reports with structured, human-readable summaries for engineer review.\nImplement an engineer-in-the-loop (HITL) validation interface to ensure human confirmation at critical decision points.\nValidate the robustness of tools through test cases and iterative engineering feedback.\nDocument all modules, assumptions, and usage guidelines to ensure maintainability.\nEnsure all tasks conform to Micron's Code of Business Conduct and relevant intellectual property guidelines.\nLeverage on Atificial intelligence to optimize the workflow\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nUnderstanding of AI/ML fundamentals including LLMs and embeddings.\nProficient in programming languages such as Python and/or C/C++.\nBasic knowledge of signal processing and time-domain waveform concepts.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with NAND flash operations, including program/erase/read and WL/BL bias schemes.\nExperience with LLM/agent frameworks or orchestration pipelines.\nKnowledge of waveform processing libraries and oscilloscope data formats.\nOutstanding analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.\nAbility to thrive in both individual and team-based work environments.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nThis position is perfect for high-reaching individuals looking to make a significant impact in the field of NAND memory technology.
