Drive automation, knowledge discovery, data insights, and workflow optimization while ensuring secure, scalable, and governed AI adoption.\nResponsibilities:\nWork with the PLM and Enterprise Product solution leadership team, to define strategy and roadmaps. \nDefine software standards across the Teamcenter PLM solutions, and develop close partnership and collaboration with business team members. \nWork alongside external IT teams and come up with solution architecture collaboration/alignment across several project teams.\nDeliver designs, mock-ups, and software solutions based on the Siemens PLM Teamcenter (Tc) application. \nDesign, implement, and support PLM solutions involving multiple Bill of Materials (BOM) types (e.g., BOI, BOP, BOE), ensuring alignment with complex business and manufacturing requirements.\nLead and support data migration, system cutover, and launch activities for large Teamcenter implementations, coordinating closely with multi-functional IT and business teams.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nWe require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Applicants must have 5+ years of experience as an IT Solution Architect passionate about PLM solutions. \nHands-on experience delivering at least three medium to large Siemens Teamcenter implementations, with responsibility across design, configuration, and deployment phases. \nStrong expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM) concepts, structures, and standard BOM methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge across complex enterprise PLM use cases. \nExperience with Teamcenter Change Management, including change objects, workflows, approvals, and governance, with the ability to assess and manage impacts to downstream systems (e.g., ERP, MES, integrations, and reporting). \nProven experience partnering closely with business collaborators to understand requirements, architect scalable solutions, and clearly present solution builds and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of Teamcenter configuration using BMIDE and experience implementing and supporting Active Workspace based solutions. \nHands-on experience with Teamcenter customization and extension, including ITK (C/C++), SOA services, and Active Workspace (AWC) customization. \nExperience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems, such as SAP, using T4S and/or T4EA frameworks. \nExperience integrating Teamcenter with CAD authoring tools, such as SolidWorks, Cadence, or Mentor, to support end-to-end product data flow. \nUnderstanding of Semiconductor Product Lifecycle Management (SLCM), including how PLM capabilities support semiconductor manufacturing and engineering processes. \nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
