This role provides a groundbreaking opportunity to lead ambitious projects with a proven track record of success!\nResponsibilities and tasks\nManage projects at a Micron Facility, ensuring flawless execution.\nAct as the primary focal point for Mechanical systems project execution.\nSafeguard the delivery of projects within budget and schedule.\nCoordinate System Design with Global Facilities Design Team, Global Facilities Construction Team, Local Project Team, AE, PMC, GC, Contractors, and Vendors.\nLead the Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment post-project completion.\nTrack Project Budget / Revenue and prepare MIS Documents.\nManage changes in the Field of Management Scope and documentation.\nProvide Project Procurement Technical Support.\nComplete all Project scope according to Safety Standards and requirements, reviewing high-risk job plans during construction.\nTrack and report weekly on Project progress, risks, schedule, and costs.\nMaintain detailed documentation of hookup activities, including as-built drawings and test reports.\nLead Mechanical Tools/Equipment Hook up activities for PCW, PEx, CDA, Water, Effluent, and Gases.\nParticipate in Tools/Equipment Tool Hook BOQ Preparation and Piping Design Engineering reviews.\nCoordinate installation Q&A assurance and Testing and Commissioning Activities.\nCoordinate and lead Project Closeout activities for the team, including punch listing, verification, documentation, and system handover.\nEstablish and complete successful project communication plans between engineering and construction fields.\nCollaborate closely with Global and Site Facilities, Global EHS, Global Procurement, and Corporate Finance Teams, as well as external industry agencies and consultants.\nInterpersonal skills required\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.\nStrong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills.\nStrong communication skills and teamwork abilities.\nSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems.\nProficiency in English speaking and writing, capable of communicating with English-speaking engineers both verbally and in writing.\nEducation required\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable. A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is desired.\nExperience required\nMinimum 12 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on the Design and Construction of Semiconductor Mechanical Systems.\nThe Candidate must have experience in working on AI-Enabled tools.\nExperience desired\nDemonstrated experience in managing mechanical systems for semiconductor projects or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to visualize issues and effectively communicate them to others.\nOutstanding organizational, coordination, and leadership skills to coordinate and empower groups of Consultants/Contractors.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
