As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects through your proven expertise and dedication.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage the Etch Process team to successfully implement engineering projects.\nIdentify and consistently follow project deadlines, ensuring all achievements are reached.\nCollaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and optimize etch processes.\nAnalyze data to improve process performance, yield, and operational efficiency.\nLeverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics tools to identify process improvement opportunities, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate problem-solving.\nDrive the adoption of AI-enabled engineering solutions to enhance productivity, defect detection, predictive process control, and manufacturing excellence.\nMentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation.\nPromote AI literacy within the team and encourage the effective use of AI tools to improve engineering effectiveness and knowledge sharing.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or an associated field.\n5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.\nProven track record of leading teams and managing projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience utilizing data analytics tools and digital technologies to solve complex manufacturing or engineering challenges.\n Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions using large datasets and statistical analysis techniques.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAn Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.\nExperience with etch process development and optimization.\nFamiliarity with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).\nProven capability to thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented setting.\nProficient in Mandarin and English.\n Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, or advanced data analytics in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence initiatives.\n Knowledge of AI-enabled manufacturing applications such as predictive maintenance, fault detection and classification (FDC), virtual metrology, yield prediction, process optimization, or automated root cause analysis.\nExperience with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, JMP, or similar tools.\n Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption and lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering organizations.\nWe look forward to welcoming a dedicated and experienced individual who shares our passion for innovation and excellence.
