As a FAC Electrical Shift Manager, you will lead our outstanding team to ensure flawless electrical system operation. This outstanding opportunity allows you to drive innovative solutions and support our Taiwan site's ambitious manufacturing goals.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the 24/7 operation of site electrical systems, including utility power distribution, high-voltage and low-voltage systems, substations, transformers, DUPS/UPS systems, emergency generators, and electrical monitoring systems.\nEnsure continuous and reliable power supply to manufacturing operations.\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify operational risks.\nLead system recovery and stabilization during utility or equipment disturbances.\nManage and develop shift engineers and technicians, establishing staffing, training, qualification, and succession plans.\nDrive accountability, teamwork, and operational rigor.\nEnsure compliance with shift handover and operating procedures.\nLead incident command during electrical excursions and emergencies, coordinating troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.\nDrive adoption of AI-enabled monitoring and predictive maintenance tools, applying AI analytics for equipment health monitoring and anomaly detection.\nImplement smart dashboards and automated operational reporting, bringing to bear digital technologies to improve decision-making and reduce operational risks.\nChampion electrical safety culture and safe work practices, ensuring compliance with EHS requirements, company procedures, and regulatory standards.\nConduct risk assessments, identify mitigation plans, and lead high-risk work reviews and electrical switching governance.\nDrive reliability, productivity, and efficiency improvement programs, supporting energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.\nImplement digitalization and standardization projects, sharing guidelines and lessons learned across teams.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nProven experience in managing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong leadership and project management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Engineering or a related field, or comparable professional experience.\nExperience with AI and digital transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and skilled facility solutions.\nStrong knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.\nDemonstrated success in leading teams and developing talent.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
