Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) execution activities in MSB SSD NPM to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution of NPI builds, from lot release through test, by coordinating daily execution, tracking issues, and supporting engineers, CEM, IPPC, and manufacturing teams.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\n1. NPI Execution Support (Core Responsibility)\nSupport daily NPI lot execution across SSD. \nMonitor NPI lots status (WIP, holds, rework, conversion, disposition) and highlight risks to NPM / Process / Equipment / CEM. \nAssist in expediting NPI lots to meet MAD, MCD, and customer commitment dates. \nTrack build readiness (material availability, tooling, DID, recipe, conversion readiness). \n2. Daily Operations & Issue Tracking\nSupport daily shift execution by tracking: \nTool readiness / downtime impact to NPI \nConversion issues (recipe mismatch, DID gaps, tooling mismatch) \nProcess abnormalities, yield issues, and holds \nHelp prepare and update daily execution trackers, WIP lists, and action logs. \nEscalate execution blockers promptly to responsible owners. \n3. CrossFunctional Coordination\nWork closely with: \nNPI / NPM engineers \nAssembly Process & Equipment Engineers \nCEM / IPPC / Manufacturing teams \nSSD NPM \nSupport interteam communication to ensure correct priorities for NPI lots. \nAssist in coordinating shift handover information for NPI execution continuity. \n4. Documentation & System Support\nAssist in: \nUpdating NPI build information in Omelek / ATPEA / SAP / internal trackers. \nVerifying correct process flow, routing, and disposition rules are applied. \nSupport preparation of basic reports, summaries, and status updates for NPI reviews. \nEnsure documentation completeness for NPI execution (build notes, deviations, followups). \n5. Compliance, Safety & Quality\nEnsure NPI execution follows MSB SSD specifications, safety rules, and cleanroom protocols. \nSupport engineers during process deviations, ensuring proper escalation and documentation. \nAssist in monitoring hold lots, expired materials impact, and qualityrelated alerts affecting NPI. \nRequired Qualifications\nNitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related). \n0-3 years experience in semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support. \nFamiliarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage. \nBasic knowledge of NPI flows is preferred. \nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong execution focus and sense of urgency. \nGood communication and coordination skills across teams and shifts. \nAbility to track multiple lots and priorities in a fastpaced environment. \nComfortable working with manufacturing systems and trackers (SAP, dashboards, Excel). \nWillingness to support shift based or extended hours when NPI execution requires. \nAble to utilize Artificial intelligence for daily routine.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
