Focus on Pumps, Chiller and Abatement systems.\nPerform administrative and supervisory duties for shift techs: attendance, staffing, and reviews\nServe as the main point of contact between the FAB personnel and the Fab Support group regarding Production issues\nAccept responsibility for all equipment, process, and personnel issues during shift\nEnsure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs\nCoordinate shift contribution to TPM activities\nFoster an environment for other Fab10 employees to resolve problems, give feedback and express concern\nAssist with equipment installs, tests and commissioning\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.\nContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\nRequirements:\nA relevant Diploma in any Engineering courses OR equivalent working experience\nStrong mechanical competence with the ability to understand and repair mechanical systems\nVacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability\nAbility to use schematic diagrams to solve systems to components level\nIntermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite\nProblem-solving abilities and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks\nTime management, organization, and prioritization skills\nFollows procedures and work with minimal supervision\nAble to perform 12-hour work shift\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
