In this remarkable role, you will be at the heart of developing modern NAND Flash memory technologies. You will develop andoptimizeinterface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffer and string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers. Your contributions will be vital in successfully delivering powerful NAND products that set new industry standards.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild the base die of NAND flash.\n\nRun circuit simulations with industry-standard tools like FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.\n\nExamine timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds.\n\nSupport new NAND product opportunities bygiving tothe build, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.\n\nQualifications:\nStrong skills in analog and mixed-signal circuit building.\n\nConfirmed ability to innovate and tackle problems in high-performance memory development.\n\nExcellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to explain sophisticated technical ideas clearly.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIn-depth familiarity with NAND Flash operation and different NAND Flash products.\n\nAt least 5 years' experience in the memory industry with an MS degree or equivalent experience, or 10+ years with a BS degree (or equivalent).\n\nA history of being a proactive and diligent phenomenal teammate who thrives in collaborative environments.\n\nAbility to work well across build and verification teams to support technical alignment and execution.\n\nWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities areprovided withreasonable accommodation toparticipatein the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
