This role offers an opportunity to build expertise in memory technologies and digital IC design while making an impact on product performance, reliability, manufacturing efficiency, and time-to-market.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and verify advanced Memory and Logic IP for next-generation memory products using simulation, modeling, verification methodologies, and industry-standard EDA tools.\nBuild scripts, utilities, and automated workflows using AI-powered tools and programming techniques to improve engineering efficiency, data analysis, and design quality.\nCollaborate with Design Methodology, CAD, Modeling, Verification, Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and other global teams to solve technical challenges and drive successful project execution.\nParticipate in technical reviews, design bring-up, debugging, and problem-solving activities while applying continuous learning to improve design quality.\nInnovate and contribute to standardized design and verification approaches that support product performance, reliability, cost competitiveness, and manufacturing efficiency.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nProficiency in digital logic fundamentals, computer architecture, and semiconductor principles developed through coursework, academic projects, internships, or hands-on experience.\nExperience with a hardware description language such as SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL and exposure to digital IC design workflows such as RTL development, simulation, verification, synthesis, or timing analysis.\nExperience with scripting or programming using Python, Perl, Tcl, or a similar language, with strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, learn new technologies, and contribute within a global engineering environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of memory architectures, memory systems, or semiconductor device fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens EDA, or similar semiconductor design tools gained through coursework, internships, academic projects, or personal projects.\nUnderstanding of verification concepts such as constrained-random testing, assertions, coverage, or Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).\nExperience developing automation scripts, data-analysis tools, or other engineering productivity solutions, including AI-assisted approaches.\nDemonstrated initiative or leadership through academic projects, internships, student organizations, technical competitions, or other collaborative experiences.\n\"The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
