This role involves working across the full product lifecycle, from technology development and circuit architecture through silicon validation and product qualification. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost objectives while supporting next-generation memory technologies.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, simulate, analyze, and optimize analog and digital CMOS circuits used in DRAM and other advanced memory products, including power delivery network (PDN) circuitry and block-level power generators.\nCollaborate with design, verification, product engineering, process integration, test, probe, assembly, and marketing teams to develop high-quality memory solutions that meet product and manufacturing objectives.\nPerform circuit verification, layout review, parasitic extraction analysis, and silicon correlation to validate circuit performance against design simulations.\nPartner with process integration and transistor modeling teams to develop circuits for future semiconductor process technologies and next-generation memory products.\nDemonstrate the ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot and approved AI solutions, to improve productivity, accelerate problem solving, and support engineering decision-making.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience; OR Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.\nExperience with analog and digital circuit design and simulation.\nExperience with power delivery network (PDN) circuit design, analysis, and optimization.\nExperience using UNIX and CADENCE design environments, including simulation, schematic entry, and SPF extraction.\nExperience performing circuit verification, layout verification, parasitic extraction, semiconductor device evaluation, and circuit optimization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing memory circuits, including DRAM or other high-performance semiconductor products.\nStrong understanding of transistor modeling, CMOS circuit design methodologies, and silicon validation techniques.\nExperience collaborating with multi-functional semiconductor development teams across design, manufacturing, and product engineering organizations.\nDemonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and human judgment to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with Micron policies.\nExperience adopting emerging AI-enabled workflows and approved AI-assisted tools to improve engineering efficiency and business outcomes.\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
