Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:\nAssist Process Integration (PI) Engineers to coordinate and trouble shoot daily line issues such as disposition of line deviations and engineering job submissions for analysis.\nAssist in inline inspection and coordinate non-routine metro/RDA inspection on R&D experiments.\nSupport process flow setup activities for production and the short loop flow.\nExtract, analyze, and summarize data from SWR and Conversion experiments in a report format and make recommendations to engineering based on the data.\nManage wafer shipment logistics between fabs (swap lots and fab-to-fab offloads) for technology transfer and yield learning.\nMonitor and publish regular updates for priority and WIP lot movements.\nMonitor key inline/probe/final parametric indices for any deviation and to trigger first level of investigations promptly.\nCompetent in the knowledge and expert usage of Micron’s systems to perform routine operational tasks effectively (Micron Central/DataNav/SPACE etc.).\nOwn or contribute towards activities and projects that improve STC PI operational procedures, systems/tools, process capability, yield, and quality.\nAssist PI team supervisor(s) to manage Team Level Key Performance Indexes (KPI) such as Global Conversion Process (GCP), SWR, WIP status.\nAbility working in shift.\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\nSuccessful candidates for this position will have:\nDiploma or equivalent background\nExcellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.\nSolid understanding of SPC, SWR, QDR, Micron Central and Klarity.\nStrong teamwork skills and the ability to build strong peer relationships.\nProven ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.\nProven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.\nStrong customer service skills and is dedicated to meeting the needs of customers.\nBasic knowledge of fabrication process areas (i.e. Photo, Dry Etch, Diffusion, CVD, Wet Etch, Plating, Implant, PVD, and CMP).\nProven ability to work effectively and independent with minimal direct supervision.\nProven ability to make sound judgments, including problem escalation to PI engineering when appropriate.\nBasic computer language scripting skills are advantaged.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
