Alignment (MA) Engineer/Sr Engineer at Micron, you will ensure flawless operation and improvement of manufacturing tools and processes. Located in Taiwan, this role offers an outstanding chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your contributions will be key to achieving our world-class standards.\nResponsibilities:\nImprove tool utilization to meet outstanding (BIC) standards by accomplishing processes that eliminate low utilization tools and enable cost savings through cold/warm shutdowns.\n\nGenerate globally aligned warm shutdown procedures that ensure safety and seamless recovery to production.\n\nStandardize practices and best-known methods (BKMs) across process areas by setting up global alignment teams and crafting a library of BKMs for equipment and process engineers.\n\nAlign and integrate Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures across the Micron network, ensuring accessibility and efficiency through a standardized system.\n\nDeploy and sustain SEAL system BKMs globally, ensuring critical processes are standardized and maintained.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nProven experience in a manufacturing or engineering role, with a focus on tool and process optimization.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a group setting.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to maintain alignment with various collaborators.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nExperience with global standardization of manufacturing processes.\n\nExperience with SEAL systems and Preventive Maintenance (PM) protocols.\n\nDemonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide teams to success.\n\nAI-Assisted Data Analysis\n\nAI Agent Utilization and Development, Workflow Redesign with AI\n\nJoin us at Micron and be part of a team that is transforming the future of technology.
