Responsibilities:
- Coordinate area capacity planning, MOR management, and capacity optimization.
- Manage max out planning and area funding submissions to ensure our projects are strictly aligned with goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive tool plans and NPI planning to drive efficiency.
- Build and maintain capacity modeling to support ambitious growth targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in capacity planning and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Familiarity with NPI planning and capacity modeling tools.
- A track record of successfully implementing projects in a fast-paced environment.
